We Filipinos drink for only three reasons. We drink when we are sad, when we are happy and for other reasons.

“One night my Father saw his Friend, My Father invited him to drink alcohol, Then his Friend said “Yes.” My father and His Friend start drinking in our backyard. After how many hours they were done drinking. My father went to his room after drinking and then he slept peacefully. “

SUMMARIZER

During the landing of liberation forces in the Philippines in 1945 a favorite story in one of the barrio’s regarding a yank soldier who stumbled with a bottle od whiskey in his pocket . The story started when athe Filipino man walking in the highway with his carabao named carpio. A American soldier met the Filipino man and the American soldier ask the Filipino man Where to buy some whiskey and the Filipino man said There is no whiskey in this barrio but instead a lambanog which the American soldier called the Jungle Juice. As they started drinking, the first shot made the American soldier looked as if he swallowed a centipede. He asked for a chaser and the Filipino gave him a slice of kalamansi dipped in a coarse of salt and as they drink more, The American soldier staggered from side to side then his legs turned to noodles andhe collapsed on the ground just like a plot starfish. In this Manner the Filipino Farmer Brought the American soldier friends were so happy to see him. They offered the Filipino farmer a can of beer but he refused in a polite way of saying to them that Filipinos Are Mild Drinkers.
